This online workshop series invites you to pause from the often-hectic momentum that carries us through our days. Over three sessions, you will learn breath, meditation, and self-reflection practices that will help you slow down, release tension, and find greater ease.
Itβs not about perfection; its about presence. Itβs about showing up for you and that can start with a single breath. An intentional pause for 60 seconds can make a difference -- and a consistent practice can create powerful ripple effects throughout your life.
If life feels like itβs moving too fast and you have too much to do (and not enough time to do it all), this workshop series is for you. You will learn simple techniques with everyday applications that can help you find clarity, mindfulness, and calm while staying active and productive. Show up for you and learn how you can change any moment with a pause and a turn inward.

First, you do NOT need a yoga mat! This course is completely seated and does not include asana.
You will need internet access, a device to access Zoom, a quiet space, a pen & journal, and most importantly β a willingness to learn and try something new.

Prior experience with meditation and/or breath practice is not required. These techniques will be helpful to beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
